Account & Settings
The settings area is where you review and update your account, your personal profile and the bank accounts connected to your account.
Account
Your Account overview holds the information tied to your merchant account.
Basic Information: Your account name, merchant ID (tap to copy), phone and extension, website, external ID, receipt email, and customer service email.
Contact Information: The primary contact's name, title, email and phone.
Billing Information: The billing name and company, full address and billing email, phone and fax.
Your Merchant ID is a useful reference when contacting support. Tap the copy icon to copy it.
Profile
Your Profile holds your personal user details: name, username, phone and email. After you save a change, a short confirmation appears at the top of the screen.
Connected accounts
The Connected view lists the bank accounts linked to your account for funding and payouts. Each connected account shows its status, name, type, bank name, account type, masked account number and the date it was last updated.
